Update your profile

Your profile holds the details that appear at the top of your invoices.

Edit it

1. Open Profile (account menu on phones, sidebar on a computer).
2. On the Personal Information tab (Personal on phones), tap Edit Profile.
3. Change your First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Phone, Street Address, City, State, or ZIP / Postal Code.
4. Tap Save Changes.

On this screen, the phone, street address, city, state, and ZIP or postal code are required, and a name or company name is needed. Phone numbers use the (555) 123-4567 format; a number pasted with +1 in front is formatted for you. State includes the Canadian provinces, and ZIP / Postal Code takes a US ZIP (12345 or 12345-6789) or a Canadian postal code (K1A 0B1).

Your email address is shown but can't be changed here — use Change Email in the Account Security card. See Change your email or password.

Further down the Personal Information tab you'll also find AI Receipt Reading (turn AI on or off — see How AI reads your receipts), your Subscription, and the Danger Zone for deleting your account.
