Manage or cancel your subscription

Manage your subscription where you started it.

Subscribed on the web

1. Go to Profile → Subscription card.
2. Tap Manage Billing.
3. In the billing portal, cancel your subscription or update your payment method.

Subscribed in the iPhone app

Apple handles your billing, so cancel with Apple:

• On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CrewRoo, or
• In CrewRoo: Profile → Subscription card → Manage in App Store, or
• On the web at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

We can't cancel or refund an Apple subscription for you — only Apple can. If Apple refunds it, access ends right away and the app becomes view-only.

Subscribed in the Android app

Google Play handles your billing, so cancel with Google:

• On your phone: Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CrewRoo, or
• In CrewRoo: Profile → Subscription card → Manage in Google Play, or
• On the web at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

We can't cancel or refund a Google Play subscription for you — only Google can. If Google refunds it, access ends right away and the app becomes view-only.

After you cancel

Canceling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then. The Subscription card shows Canceled and Access Until with the date, and a banner across the app shows the same date with a Resubscribe link.

Changed your mind?

Before that date you can undo the cancel:

• Web: go to Profile → Subscription card and tap Resume Subscription, then renew the subscription in the billing portal.
• iPhone: tap Manage in App Store and turn the subscription back on in your Apple ID settings.
• Android: tap Manage in Google Play and resubscribe in Google Play.

It then shows Active again and renews as normal.

After the period ends, the app becomes view-only: you can view and download what you have, but not add or change anything. Your data is kept, and you can subscribe again anytime. See When your trial ends or a payment fails.

Deleting your account cancels a web subscription immediately, but not an Apple or Google Play one. See Delete your account.
